What's the difference between Start Pack and Managed Program?
Start Pack is perfect for one-time orders or small teams who need branded workwear without ongoing management. The Managed Uniform Program is designed for companies who want a hands-off solution with employee self-service ordering, inventory tracking, and dedicated support.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For Start Pack orders, we have no minimum quantity requirements. For Managed Programs, we typically work with companies of 10+ employees to ensure the program is cost-effective.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks from artwork approval. Rush orders (additional fee) can be completed in 5-7 business days. Managed Program reorders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for best results. High-resolution PNG and JPG files (300+ DPI) also work well. Our team can help convert or recreate artwork if needed.
Can I see a mockup before ordering?
Absolutely! All Start Pack requests include a free digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will appear on each garment before you commit to an order.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer embroidery (best for polos, hats, jackets), screen printing (ideal for t-shirts, hoodies), and heat transfer (great for complex designs or small quantities).
